Life of a picky eater.

Opening the refrigerator, you understand that today’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be exactly the same as it was yesterday—and the day before yesterday, and the day before that, and etc. It’s just so hard to find something new! And if you do have a spare hour or two, you’ll eventually choose the same thing you ate the day before. That’s the life of a picky eater.

As you’re celebrating Christmas, you find yourself undereating for the first time. I mean who on Earth is not overeating on Christmas and New Year’s Eve?

Some people think of you as some bizarre psycho who’s eating salmon with ketchup while sipping from the glass of milk (I know the person who does this), and others think of you as a poor soul which just can’t decide without getting an anxiety attack.

Of course, that is not true for everybody. Some people are less picky than others. And some will even eat the same thing for years.

What’s the moral of the story? Choosing what to eat is like any of the decisions in your life… Take the risk and embrace whatever will follow after that.
